Questions about the first call
Does the first call commit me to anything?
No. It's for getting to know each other and understanding the project. Work only starts from a written proposal, which you can accept, discuss or turn down.
Will you sign an NDA before the call?
If you need a confidentiality agreement, say so in your message and we'll talk about it before going into detail. For a first call the general idea is usually enough: the sensitive parts can wait.
What should I prepare for the first call?
Nothing formal. It helps to know what problem you solve and for whom, where you are (idea, prototype or live product), what you need right now, and any deadlines. If you have a pitch deck, mockups or a link, send them to info@mpngroup.it.
Who reads my message?
Your message reaches the group: we read it ourselves and, where needed, bring in the right brand among My Web Lab, Giallo Studio and Athleex. We reply within one business day.
Can I get a sense of costs before I write?
Yes: our pricing and timelines page explains what drives the cost and timeline of an MVP, SaaS, app or website, and how to read a quote. An actual figure only comes with the proposal, once we understand the project.
Can I write to you in Italian?
Yes. We work in English and Italian, with founders in Italy and across Europe.
